The German government refuses to recognize Scientology as an organized religion!
Instead of accepting Scientology as a religion and giving them certain tax benefits, the German government refers to Scientology as a cult, and they have even gone as far to say Scientology is "abusive business masquerading as a religion".
Scientology has been taking a lot of abuse from the media, and television shows such as South Park, but as it turns out, governments are also trying to 'expose' Scientology.
Those sound like hate mongering words in a world where people are supposed to not be judged for their religion of choice.
Lucky for the German government - the people of Germany aren't happy with Scientology either, mainly because how much money someone has to spend in order to be accepted into the church!
